Patrick Hartmann Thomsen

I am a Robotics Engineering student at the University of Southern Denmark (SDU) with a strong passion for building practical, reliable, and intelligent robotic systems. I enjoy working where software, hardware, and electronics whether it is developing embedded software in C/C++ and Python, integrating sensors and communication systems, or programming industrial robots and automation equipment.

Throughout my studies, I have gained hands-on experience with ROS, machine vision, UR5 integration, TCP/IP communication, PLC programming, and embedded development. I thrive in technical environments where problem solving, iteration, and teamwork are central, and I am motivated by turning ideas into functional prototypes and real world solutions.

I am always curious, always learning, and always excited to take on new engineering challenges.
